This warranty covers electrical and mechanical defects that may occur during normal use within 90 days from the date of purchase. Should you experience any issues, we will repair or replace your product at no cost, provided the product was purchased from one of our approved retail partners, and the original receipt is included.

This warranty applies to issues arising from normal consumer use and covers all necessary repairs or replacements at no additional cost to you. However, it does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alterations, or commercial use. To ensure you receive coverage, always retain your original purchase receipt, and make sure to contact our warranty center for assistance. How to Access Warranty Services
If your M2 brands product malfunctions within the 90-day warranty period, contact our warranty center for assistance. Our team will guide you through the process, issue you an RMA number, and provide instructions on shipping the product back to us. It’s important to include the RMA form, your contact information, and ship the product prepaid and insured. Any returns not accompanied by an M2-issued RMA form will be rejected. We take pride in our efficient process, ensuring your product is repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
